I started Wannder because I love great places to stay and I know how much work goes into running one. I spend a lot of time in the mountains, on the lake and at the beach, and I know what makes guests want to come back.
My background is in tech. I was an Expert at an Apple Store, worked as a systems admin, and have spent years in managed IT. That's why camera installs are part of what we do. I like setting things up so they just work.

What does an Airbnb co-host actually do?
A co-host runs your listing for you. That means guest messages, pricing, the booking calendar, cleaners and fixing things when they break. You still own the property and the account.
How much does co-hosting cost?
It depends on the property and how much you want us to handle. Most co-hosting is a percentage of bookings. Reach out and we'll put together a quote for your place.
Do I need to live near my rental?
Not at all. We co-host remotely anywhere in the US, with a local team of cleaners and handymen on the ground at your property.
